Katherine L. Mallon

Katherine’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, including business disputes and product liability defense. She represents clients across several industries on commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Prichard Young, Katherine’s practice included complex commercial litigation and oil and gas litigation.

Katherine is a South Texas native and was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. Prior to attending Texas Tech University School of Law, she graduated from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was an Honor’s Scholar. While in law school, Katherine served as the Executive Managing Editor for Volume 52 of the Texas Tech Law Review. She also served on the Board of Barristers and as a Legal Practice Teaching Fellow and was a Dean’s Student Ambassador. When not in the office, Katherine enjoys listening to classical music and spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, Romeo and Remington.
