In a case that has been in ongoing litigation for over a decade, Bill Thompson, Kevin Young, and Pat Boone successfully defeated a plaintiff’s allegations that PY’s clients fraudulently transferred funds out of their real estate investment company. At a hearing on Monday, Bexar County District Judge Sakai summarily dismissed all of the plaintiff’s claims in a ruling from the bench.
