Since 1989, Kevin Young has successfully represented clients throughout Texas, California, Colorado, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Young has tried over 50 cases to verdict and secured several multi-milliondollar settlements. Most of his client representation is now focused on Commercial Litigation/Arbitration (business disputes, contracts, estate litigation, oil & gas), but he continues to defend product liability cases for selected clients.

Young has been rated “AV Preeminent” by his peers for over 20 years, which is the highest possible rating for legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards. In 2021, he was again named a “Super Lawyer” by his peers and was recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in Business Litigation. Young served on the Ven-A-Care legal team, who helped recover millions of dollars taken from the Texas state and federal governments. He has also completed the 40-Hour Texas Certified Mediator Training.

Kevin and his wife, Cindy, have four children: Whitney (graduate of Pepperdine University), Delaney (graduate of Wheaton College), Nathan (Wheaton College) and Jackson (Abilene Christian University). Kevin served on various community boards and the board of directors at the Geneva School of Boerne for many years. The Young family are participating members of Currey Creek Church in Boerne, Texas.
