Prichard Young prevailed in an appeal of a defense verdict in favor of a trucking company and its driver. In 2021, a Medina County jury ruled in favor of the defendants in a trucking accident case. The plaintiff appealed challenging the trial court’s distribution of jury strikes and various evidentiary rulings, including the exclusion of expert testimony. The San Antonio Court of Appeals rejected all of the plaintiff’s arguments. David Montpas was the lead appellate counsel for the defendants along with Katherine A. Preston and Brandon W.
