Elizabeth’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and products liability defense. Prior to joining Prichard Young, Elizabeth worked at the Louisville, KY office of a national law firm, handling a variety of complex litigation and appellate matters. Her diverse litigation experience includes contract, business, personal injury, products liability, real and personal property, landlord tenant, zoning, construction, and education matters.
Before becoming an attorney, Elizabeth spent several years teaching high school mathematics until leaving that profession to attend the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During law school, Elizabeth completed an externship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky, competed on the national moot court team, and was on law review. She graduated in the top 5% of her class and received several CALI Awards (for obtaining the highest grade in a particular course), and was especially honored to receive the Dean’s Book Award.
